A recruitment agency is seeking a Graduate Fieldbased Business Advisor to manage a geographical area and strengthen retail relationships across various outlets. The successful candidate will drive product visibility and negotiate trading agreements while working towards KPIs. Ideal applicants will possess field-based sales experience, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be able to travel. As a Graduate Fieldbased Business Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a defined geographical area, visiting a variety of retail outlets including supermarkets, petrol stations, independent retailers and cash & carry locations. Acting as a regional resource, you will support business objectives through planned store visits, new product launches and targeted activity across your territory.
To be successful in this role, you will be an organised and commercially minded individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at store level.
