We are recruiting for a Governance Manager. This role plays a central role in supporting Compare the Market’s First Line of Defence. You will be responsible for managing customer risk across the Marketing and Customer teams, ensuring the regulatory and compliance environment is effectively managed with a commercial mindset. The role works in close collaboration with the CtM Second Line of Defence, Risk & Compliance teams and other business-wide colleagues.
This is a hands-on, visible role designed to embed effective best-in-class risk management practices and promote a proactive risk-aware culture.
