Job summary

A global HR solutions provider is seeking a Learning Consultant to deliver instructor-led training on technical features of their products. The role includes developing curricula and consulting on best practices for product usage. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience, along with fluency in English and proficiency in French preferred. This position requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to quickly learn new content.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in payroll support service or equivalent HCM products.
• Proficiency in another language is preferred.
• Experience in using virtual delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on GlobalView technical features.
• Consult with instructional designers on curriculum effectiveness.
• Monitor daily operations of the Learning Delivery team.
