ABOUT THE ROLE....
This role is a cornerstone of a dynamic and collaborative global team, ensuring flawless campaign delivery across markets. Reporting directly to the Global Operations Director, the Global Operations Manager will connect activation, planning, client, and content production teams, building the processes and operational frameworks that guarantee campaigns go live on time and to the highest standard.
You will oversee cross-functional coordination, enabling seamless collaboration between markets, functions, and partners. By streamlining workflows, embedding best practices, and ensuring clear accountability, you’ll empower teams to deliver with consistency, speed, and impact.
Collaboration will extend to Media Activation, Planning, Production, and Client teams, where you’ll ensure Electrolux’s campaigns go live on time and run smoothly.
ABOUT THE WORK....
The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery across the West markets (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and UK) for Electrolux (ELX). This role acts as the central hub between media planners, creative production (Omnicom), performance teams, and Electrolux, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.
