What you’ll be doing

As Global Key Account Manager for Avon Contract Manufacturing, you’ll lead the charge in growing our co-manufacturing business. You’ll identify and secure new opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure smooth delivery from contract to production. This role is a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, where you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to position Avon as a trusted manufacturing partner in the beauty and personal care space.

Key responsibilities
  • Identifying and pursuing new co-manufacturing clients that align with Avon’s capabilities and value proposition
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and successful contract execution
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Leading contract negotiations and ensuring agreements support both business goals and long-term partnerships
  • Overseeing co-manufacturing operations, including service level agreements, production quality, and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with R&D, planning, and production teams to assess feasibility and manage onboarding
  • Staying informed on market trends, emerging brands, and shifts in the contract manufacturing landscape
What we’re looking for
  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally in FMCG, beauty, or personal care
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and costing models
  • Proven ability to build and manage client pipelines and close strategic deals
  • Skilled in contract negotiation, pricing, and margin protection
  • Experience working with brand owners, private labels, or distributors
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for identifying growth opportunities
