Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience within Kuehne + Nagel with strong exposure to customer collaboration.
• Solid background in logistics, with expertise in air and/or sea logistics.
• Proven experience in key account management, ideally with large or global accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with assigned global aerospace key accounts.
• Ensure adherence to the Global OKAM framework and processes.
• Collaborate with regional and national OKAMs to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address service challenges.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
• Act as the central point of contact for assigned aerospace customers.
