A leading UK water and wastewater company is seeking a GIS Analyst to analyze complex operational data to improve performance in the Waste Water Regional Delivery teams. This hybrid role requires a strong analytical background and experience with tools like ESRI ArcGIS, Power BI, and FME. Responsibilities include collaborating with delivery teams, maintaining reports, and developing geospatial asset risk models. The position offers a competitive salary between £45,940 and £49,000, with numerous benefits including a generous pension scheme and health support.
As a GIS Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning complex operational data into clear, actionable insight that directly impacts the performance of Thames Water’s Waste Water Regional Delivery teams. This is a highly analytical role where you’ll help shape decisions on asset performance, operational optimisation, and risk management. The internal title of the role is Performance and Risk Analyst.
Base Location: Clearwater Court, Reading – hybrid (minimum of 1 day in the office, usually Fridays). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
