We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to join Marshall Motor Group and lead our sales team at our Seat Store based in Braintree. This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead the team in delivering good outcomes for our customers. Reporting to the Head of Business, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading automotive group whilst representing an amazing brand. You oversee a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager, the team oversee both New and Used Vehicle Sales. We are looking for someone to drive the team and Business forward. Must have previous experience in budgeting and forecasts.
