An established healthcare provider is looking for a dedicated Salaried GP to join their team, offering a chance to provide exceptional medical care to a diverse patient population. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Salaried GP to join our team following a Partner's retirement, with the opportunity to provide exceptional medical care to our practice population of just over 12,000 patients.
Bro Pedr Medical Group has two sites; Taliesin Surgery which is our main site in the University town of Lampeter, and a branch Surgery 5 miles away in Llanybydder, both being close to the Ceredigion coast and 40 minutes' drive from Aberystwyth and Carmarthen.

The post-holder will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
We are a high achieving training practice offering a friendly working environment with a team of 5 GP partners, a Salaried GP, GP Registrars, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, nursing team including HCAs and a friendly and efficient management, admin and reception team.
There is also ample parking available.
The post-holder will need to work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example and maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
