Hours Wednesday 5-9pm Thursday 8am-9pm Friday 5-9pmSalary
This positions are part time,youll receive an annual salary between £110,775 and £120,787per annum FTE- depending on experience.

As a GP you will respond to medical problems presented by patientsincluding diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate inline with guidelines and pathways. Including prescribing for patients,regularly review medications and monitor repeat prescriptions.
You will;
Provide medical leadershipand expert advice, regarding medical and primary care issues to the widerhealthcare team; engaging with the Practice Plus Group wellbeing approach
Delivereffective patient care developing high levels of communication with patients;identifying and utilising evidence based best practice through benchmarking andclinical guidelines. Undertaking appropriate clinical audit to improve clinicaloutcomes
Inspire and develop positivecollaborative working relationships across the multidisciplinary team; workingwith the wider team to ensure effective clinical governance is incorporatedinto day to day practice
Promotemultidisciplinary discussions around complex case management, ensuringsystems and processes in place for managing results, letters, and tasks.Undertake clinical risk assessments and implement management strategies forrisks
Share and disseminateacquired knowledge with all team members through development sessions andclinical governance meetings or clinical case reviews
