Overview

One Call Consultants are looking for 2 Factory Labourers to join our large manufacturing client in Aldridge. We are looking for 2 hardworking people who ideally have worked in a factory environment before. Your main role will be working on the back of the machines and doing general labouring duties. Also loading and unloading vans and labeling up the products. For the right person who is hardworking you could eventually be trained on the machines and this could also lead to our permanent job.

Responsibilities

• Work on the back of the machines and perform general labouring duties
• Load and unload vans and label products
• Support training on machines for eligible staff (potentially leading to permanent role)

Hours and progression

• Current shift: Monday to Wednesday 6:00–18:00 (12-hour shift) with every other Saturday 6:00–14:00
• Or Wednesday to Friday 6:00–18:00 with Saturday availability
• Part-time options: 6 hours per day (6–12 or 12–6) with occasional extra hours
• Hours can be flexible
