Our client, a global leader in solutions and products for plastics manufacturing sector , is seeking a General Manager to lead their China business unit. This is a pivotal role with full P&L responsibility, driving growth, operational excellence, and commercial success in one of the company’s most important markets.

The Role:

Based in China, you will:

• Lead the Chinese business unit, overseeing sales, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and supply chain functions.
• Drive growth through strategic leadership, commercial focus, and operational excellence.
• Take ownership of P&L, budgets, and investments while ensuring long-term sustainability.
• Build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Represent the company with customers and stakeholders, positioning the business as a market leader.
• Collaborate closely with the global executive team to shape and deliver strategy.

About You:

• 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience in plastics manufacturing with international experience
