General Manager - Up to 60K plus up to 100% bonus

We're looking for a General Manager for the Wheatsheaf Inn in Northleach - a truly stunning pub in the heart of the Cotswolds and a flagship business within Young's. The pub has a fantastic reputation for its food offer, which is all about using local seasonal produce to delight our guests. It has its own large private dining room, perfect for parties and events, or hosting a supper club or two. The back garden is a generously sized little slice of heaven, and part of it becomes a garden room in the winter thanks to 4 glass walls and a retractable roof. Alongside all of this, it has 14 stunning bedrooms for overnight guests.

We're looking for a General Manager that has experience working in premium settings with fresh food experience. They have a track record of running multi-faceted businesses and are people focused and guest centric. They are passionate about providing an incredible Cotswolds experience to all of our guests, which are a fantastic mix of locals, visitors and regulars. An incredible opportunity in what is a unicorn of a pub in beautiful surroundings.

You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
