A leading hospitality company in Bristol is seeking a talented leader to manage a team of 38 employees across multiple establishments. This full-time role focuses on inspiring and developing your team to deliver exceptional standards. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, as well as experience in managing multiple client relationships. The contract comprises of 3 restaurants 5 cafes vending fleet and hospitality. The location is spread over a 12 acre estate with circa 3000 employees. Part of a national group contract. The successful candidate will lead a team of 38 employees over a 5 day operations (M-F). Given the size of the estate some experience in logistics would be beneficial but not essential
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a dynamic forward-thinking approach to be able to manage multiple client relationships provide visionary thinking and the ability to work through any stumbling blocks to deliver meaningful change. Experience in managing multiple outlets and delivering projects from conception is an advantage.
