Spinwell is recruiting for a General Hand/Janitor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

Responsibilities

The post is responsible for identifying and/or rectifying minor faults which are not in scope for the Hard FM contract. The post is also responsible for janitorial duties around the school estate.

The General Hand is key in maintaining the overall fabric of the school and in providing a high standard of maintenance. They deal with a variety of tasks including heavy lifting (moving of furniture), working outdoors, working at height, painting, visual compliance checks and in the provision of general assistance across the Facilities Management section.
