Qualifications

• Experience of installation, fault finding, and servicing on domestic gas appliances and central heating systems.
• Sound working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs on heating and hot water systems in accordance with job tickets.
• Maintain customer care and satisfaction while performing duties.
• Complete appropriate risk assessments prior to work commencement.

Skills

Full Manual UK Driving License

ACS accreditations (CCN1, CENWAT1, CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, CPA1, UDHW)

Experience of working in Gas Maintenance

Customer service skills

Strong literacy and numeracy skills

Education

City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Gas Maintenance or equivalent (NVQ Level 3)
