We have an exciting opportunity for a Garment Buyer to work in our business on premium retail clothing collections for various well‑known brands, including men’s, women’s and children’s garments that reflect the highest quality and precision for each brand.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing the product ranges from sourcing to project management and responsible for the P&L on this category.
  • Collaborating with in‑house design and sales teams on product concepts, ideas and project management.
  • Sourcing from and taking ownership of a reliable supplier base across Turkey and the Far East – visiting suppliers annually, negotiating prices, ensuring high‑quality and on‑time delivery while exploring new supply routes.
  • Researching and evaluating fabrics, price points, lead times and consumption for development work on new core ranges that release every two years.
  • Creating detailed product tech packs for purchase orders to ensure clarity and mutual commitment to project success.
  • Co‑ordinating with all departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Overseeing quality control and technical compliance to meet industry safety and performance standards.
  • Conducting fit checks on prototype samples and coordinating wash tests for durability to maintain premium quality.
  • Managing the Critical Path from start‑up development through to launch dates.
  • Leading and developing an offshore buying team dedicated to sourcing bespoke apparel for brands across the Brand Addition sites.
What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience and technical expertise in woven and jersey items, working directly with factories that produce these.
  • Regular supplier visits in Turkey, Asia and the Far East.
  • Graduated calibre with a garment‑related degree is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to see the bigger picture and manage the P&L for the garment category.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A true team player demonstrating empathy, organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing garment ranges across multiple categories and a proactive approach to sustainable improvement.
  • Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills, able to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Confidence in leading regular client communication and willingness to travel for client meetings in Europe.
  • Ability to analyse SKU sales and recommend optimal quantity for first‑time buys.
  • Commercial awareness with a solid understanding of risk management.
  • Technical expertise in garment construction, ensuring durability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience in fabric and trim selection, pricing, and lead times.
  • Emotional intelligence to understand the supply chain and decide when to pivot.
