A leading online pet platform seeks a Fulfillment Center Manager to manage logistics relationships and optimize fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in 3rd party logistics and strong skills in process analysis and project management. This role will involve collaboration with multiple service providers and a focus on continuous improvement. A hybrid work setup (60% in-office, 40% remote) is offered along with several employee benefits.

Our European distribution centers / Fulfillment Centers (FCs) are an integral part of the Zooplus network to supply customers across Europe quickly and to meet quality standards.
The FC Manager views the FC as a holistic process from inbound shipments management to on-time deliveries reaching the customer’s doorstep. With on-site teams at multiple outsourced FCs, daily tasks focus on ensuring the highest customer service, quality, punctuality, efficiency, and cost optimization through collaboration with service partners. A high level of process stability, transparency, and a continuous improvement mindset are key for success.
The FC manager serves as the communication link and facilitator between Zooplus and the service provider.
