We are looking for a Food Buyer to take ownership of a broad Frozen Food portfolio within our fast-moving, customer-first retail environment. Based at our Store Support Centre in Melton (HU14 3HJ), this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing, empowered business. We're open to flexible working, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, giving you the balance of collaboration and autonomy to thrive in your role.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a broad product portfolio (branded & own-label).
• Deliver profitable sales growth through range development, pricing, and promotions.
• Negotiate and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key suppliers.
• Build long-term supplier partnerships to unlock growth, value, and innovation.
• Stay close to the market, customers, and competition to keep the range fresh, relevant, and competitive.
