Overview

Job Description: Front of House Receptionist, Cambridgeshire, CB24 • Permanent • Salary - £26,800 + excellent benefits • 40 hours per week or 32 hours per week (over four days) • Shift pattern: 07:30 - 16:00 and 08:30 - 17:00 Mon - Fri; the role may involve evening and weekend work in the future.


Role Overview

To ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out efficiently and effectively. You'll help us make health happen by:



  • Completing all reception administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

  • Offering an outstanding customer service experience

  • Contributing fully to the team and the team goals

  • Ensuring compliance with all operational control standards i.e. quality standards, clinical governance, and legal requirements

  • Ensuring safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers while in the centre


Key Skills / Qualifications


  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Computer literate - proficient in MS Office packages

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team
