A major service management company is seeking a Front of House & Deputy Client Services Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional workplace experiences. As the face of the client organisation, you will blend operational excellence with genuine hospitality to create an outstanding first impression - every time. Acting as both Front of House Manager and Deputy to the Client Services Manager, you will be a key partner in driving service innovation, people engagement, and seamless collaboration across departments.
You will be looking after a large team of 28 based within London and Glasgow with a mixture of FoH Ambassadors, Central Reservations, Community Ambassadors and an Events team.
Type of contract : Full-time, Permanent
Hours : 40 per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis with some flexibility required)
