Job summary

A leisure service provider in Carryduff is looking for a customer service representative. The successful candidate will provide a professional service for visitors, managing inquiries and sales of Sports & Leisure services. Responsibilities include cash handling and maintaining a positive experience for all customers. Candidates should have at least 5 GCSEs and one year of relevant experience, or 4 years of equivalent experience without formal qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSE passes at grade A-C, NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a similar position, including customer service.
• Experience in cash handling and preparation of lodgements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service experience for visitors.
• Sell and promote Sports & Leisure services to customers.
• Handle financial transactions using Leisure Management Software.
• Assist in stock control and clerical duties as required.
