Freelance Site Manager - Drylining Package (Bournemouth, 6-Month Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a large drylining package in Bournemouth. You will be working on behalf of the main contractor, with day-to-day responsibility for supervising quality, installation, and overall progress of the drylining works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the drylining package on site, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee installation activities.
• Monitor progress to ensure works are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance on site.
• Liaise effectively between subcontractors, trades, and the main contractor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dryliner looking to move into management or proven experience managing drylining packages for a subcontractor or main contractor.
• Strong technical knowledge of drylining installation and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive productivity.

Qualifications Required

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• First Aid certification
