Founder/Executive Associate – Talent

We are building the world’s best AI email product with a single focus: AI generated drafts that people actually send.

This year we scaled from $1M to $30M ARR with a technical team of only 12 engineers. We are on track for $100M ARR by the end of 2026. Andreessen Horowitz ranked us 7th in their list of the world’s top AI apps based on real spend data, and the other nine companies in the top 10 are all valued at over $10B. We intend to join them.

To achieve that outcome, we must attract world class engineering talent. This role exists to make that possible.

Mission of the role

We’re hiring a Founder / Exec Associate to build the most effective engineering talent engine in Europe, and soon the US.

You’ll work directly with our Co-Founder Archie and CPO Andrew to attract the top 1 percent of engineers: the people capable of building a category-defining AI product. This isn’t a traditional recruiting job. You’ll shape our engineering employer narrative hand‑in‑hand with marketing, build ecosystems that surface exceptional technical talent, and create a scout network that finds extraordinary people long before they hit the market.

Levers you will have

Below are some of the levers we believe will be useful for you, however, you'll build your own strategy as you go deep in the eco‑systme.

  • Engineering employer brand, work with marketing to define messaging, content, and channels that resonate with top engineers.
  • Top‑tier partnerships, build relationships with Europe’s strongest tech ecosystems (e.g. Project Europe).
  • Scout programs, create a network that surfaces high‑calibre engineers long before they’re on the market.
  • Aqui‑hire strategy, evaluate whether aí‑hiring fits our long‑term talent engine and how it would work.

Fyxer becomes known as a top engineering destination. You build predictable and high quality pipelines of exceptional engineering talent. Partnerships, scouts and strong employer brand combine to create a defensible hiring advantage. You directly enable the level of engineering capability required for a $10B outcome.

Who You Are
  • You’re strategic, fast and exceptional at building relationships. You communicate clearly, write well and know how to tell stories that resonate with ambitious, technical people. You’re curious about engineering, AI and how world‑class products get built.
  • You think from first principles, move with urgency and operate with the mindset of a founder: high agency, high ownership, low ego. You’re comfortable in ambiguity and energised by building systems from scratch.
  • You may come from ops, strategy, consulting, VC, ecosystem building or a completely different path, what matters most is your ability to learn fast, work hard, move decisively and build trust with exceptional people.
