A dynamic tech startup in Greater London is seeking a Founder/Executive Associate to build an engineering talent engine. This role involves collaborating with top leadership to enhance the company's employer brand, establishing key partnerships, and creating innovative scouting programs. The ideal candidate is strategic, an exceptional communicator, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should come with a background in ops, strategy, or similar fields. Experience or passion for AI and engineering is a plus.
We are building the world’s best AI email product with a single focus: AI generated drafts that people actually send.
This year we scaled from $1M to $30M ARR with a technical team of only 12 engineers. We are on track for $100M ARR by the end of 2026. Andreessen Horowitz ranked us 7th in their list of the world’s top AI apps based on real spend data, and the other nine companies in the top 10 are all valued at over $10B. We intend to join them.
To achieve that outcome, we must attract world class engineering talent. This role exists to make that possible.
We’re hiring a Founder / Exec Associate to build the most effective engineering talent engine in Europe, and soon the US.
You’ll work directly with our Co-Founder Archie and CPO Andrew to attract the top 1 percent of engineers: the people capable of building a category-defining AI product. This isn’t a traditional recruiting job. You’ll shape our engineering employer narrative hand‑in‑hand with marketing, build ecosystems that surface exceptional technical talent, and create a scout network that finds extraordinary people long before they hit the market.
