Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive works across commercial sites.
• Undertake a wide range of fabric maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
• Participate in the call-out rota for emergency support.
