Qualifications

• L3 Food and Drink Technical Operator Qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum supervisor experience with a team of 20.
• Experience of change implementation in manufacturing standards.
• Familiar with MES and Work Order Management Systems.
• HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 qualified.
• Health and Safety Level 3 qualified.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production team to meet daily goals.
• Monitor and manage production KPIs - quality, output, safety, efficiency.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Drive improvements through lean manufacturing practices.
• Coach and develop team members to build a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
