Overview

Food Production Operatives – £13.68 p/hr – Nottingham (NG3). Salary: £13.68 per hour (inclusive of £1.47 holiday pay). Shifts: 8:30am – 6pm | Full-time | Temp to Perm opportunity. Shift end times may vary between 4pm-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cutting, and processing fresh fruit and vegetables
• Using knives safely and accurately to portion produce
• Working on a fast-moving production line, meeting quality and efficiency targets
• Keeping your work area clean and hygienic, following food safety standards
• Supporting colleagues to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience working in a food production role
• Basic knife skills and confidence using sharp tools
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Great attention to detail, ensuring produce meets the highest standards
• Ability to stay focused and perform under pressure in a busy environment
