Overview

As a Team Leader, you’ll provide day-to-day support to your team to ensure consistently great service for every visitor. This is a busy, lively place to work, so you’ll need to be adaptable. The role is front of house, focusing on serving customers and presenting food and drink. You’ll supervise induction and training of colleagues to build a team dedicated to excellent service and delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the team to ensure consistently high service and customer care.
• Front-of-house duties: interact with customers, serve food and beverage, and maintain presentation of displays and signs.
• Help the kitchen team with food preparation when needed.
• Supervise induction and training of colleagues to foster a service-focused team culture.

Qualifications and Attributes

Training and Development

• Salary: 12.75 per hour
• Hours: This role is based on annualised hours; the number of hours worked each month may vary, with salary paid in 12 equal instalments over the year
