Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our vibrant team. With a strong background in hospitality and food and beverage operations, the ideal candidate will showcase excellent supervisory skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing service and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Supervise dining areas, manage rotas, maintain standards, assist during peak periods, order supplies, and familiarize yourself with menu offerings.
  • Play a key role in training the team, maximizing revenue, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role is desirable.
  • Diploma or higher in hospitality management (or a related field) is desirable, though relevant experience will also be considered.
  • An excellent standard of presentation, great communication skills, and a customer service‑driven attitude are essential.

Working Hours and Shift Patterns

We operate a 7‑days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions (until 0200).
