Shift patterns: 23:00 :7:00 ( Night shift )
Location: Daventry, CV23

We're now looking for a Flow room Manager to work a night shift

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Managing a team of controllers
• Monitoring Warehouse Automation Screens
• Accurately monitor the status of plant and systems during operation
• Work in Partnership with the automation supplier to support their maintenance schedule
• Active shift hand over to incoming control room team

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience within Warehouse Operations in a Supply Chain environment desirable
• Experence in Flow operation/ Flow room experence
• Knowledge of JDA , Korber or similar WMS & shaefer Automation
• Good people management skills ( will be managing a team of shift managers)
• Data Retrieval and analysis ,problem solving
• Ability to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
