We are looking for an engaging, inspirational Floor Manager to help lead the diverse team at one of our London stores. We have positions available across Central London stores.
Our Floor Manager will work in hand in hand with the management team, creating a strong partnership to provide leadership and direction, guiding their team to provide an outstanding service offering that supports the delivery and growth of Dr. Martens. While also focusing on your own development, you will be a driving force in cultivating a great working environment within your store, always ensuring your team’s well-being is at the heart of your decision making.
