Overview

Victor is disrupting the private jet charter sector with an on-demand global marketplace to make aircraft charter more transparent, easier, and greener. Our mission is to provide a better way to fly by putting the consumer in control, and innovation is at the heart of everything we do.

Background: Our dedicated Flight Management team is an integral component of the wider flight team with responsibilities throughout the post-booking customer journey. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, and ambitious individual who can provide an industry-leading service, embed themselves into the wider team, drive improvements, and engage in wider initiatives to support business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of our flight operation within the broader Flight Management team.
  • Manage end-to-end client experience post-booking, including communication with external partners (airports, FBOs, caterers), internal colleagues across all teams, and direct engagement with our customers worldwide.
  • Gain exposure to different sub-elements of flight management: the new booking phase (initial contact and flight itineraries), the tactical day-of-flight role, and all aspects of flight logistics.
  • Assist the Global Head of Flight Management with departmental responsibilities including daily team supervision, process alignment, rostering, and knowledge development.
  • Participate in side projects such as CRM development, ancillary service partnerships, and operational standards documentation (ARGUS).
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team to ensure consistent, high-quality service for each flight booking and client.
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of operational experience within business aviation, or related experience considered.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • Comfortable and capable of handling difficult situations and resolving problems, often on short notice.
  • Good attention to detail, highly organized, proactive with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Benefits
  • Best In Class Salary Structure: Our remuneration structure is meritocratic, so you will be rewarded for exceptional performance.
  • Victor Perks: We strive for an optimal work/life balance; dog-friendly office; team socials (virtual or in-person); access to internal VICTOR+ benefits & wellbeing programme.
  • 360 Development: Measure yourself against the industry’s best brokers as part of the number one on-demand private jet team in Europe. Collaborate across areas such as marketing, product, and finance to expand your skillset.
  • Medical and Insurance Cover: Medical BUPA cover and life assurance (on successful probation).
  • Flexible Working: Hybrid office and home working, subject to business requirements.
  • Social Development: Participate in team and individual challenges to support charities and local communities, alongside wellness activities and social events.
