Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working for a Domiciliary/home care agency.
• Flexibility around working schedules and roles.
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to live independently in their homes.
• Assist with personal care needs as per individual care plans.
• Help customers with daily living tasks including medication and meal preparation.
• Monitor and supervise Care & Support Workers in the field.
• Ensure service and satisfaction for both customers and workers.
