Fleet HGV Technician – £50,000–£52,000 + Overtime

Rochester | Family-Run Business | Monday to Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays

What You’ll Get

• £50,000–£52,000 basic salary
• Plenty of overtime available through callouts (paid on top)
• Monday to Friday hours – no rotating shifts!
• Only 1 in 3 Saturdays, 7am–1pm

The Role

• Fleet servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• MOT prep
• Trailer repairs and mixed HGV work
• Ensuring fleet vehicles remain roadworthy, safe, and compliant

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic
• Comfortable with diagnostics, inspections, and repairs
• A proactive team player who takes pride in quality work
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
