KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Flagship Boutique is often the first and most impactful point of contact for many customers. As such, the sales associate plays a critical role in shaping perceptions, fostering loyalty, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a lasting impression, who will strive to deliver exceptional customer experience, uphold the standards of our boutique but has a sales driven mindset. As a Flagship Retail & Experience Associate, there is an expectation to act as a brand ambassador, providing seamless and elevated customer experience that reflects our values, heritage and craftmanship of Bremont. Beyond sales, this role is pivotal in building long-term relationships with clients. There will be a requirement to host tours for a compelling experience through our facility, which is an opportunity to build stronger connections with our audience, turning visitors into lifelong advocates for Bremont.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivering exceptional service, offering personalised, knowledgeable and attentive service that enhances customer shopping experience.

  • Showcasing brand expertise, demonstrating a deep understanding of our watches, heritage and craftmanship to confidently educate and inspire customers.

  • Driving boutique excellence, contributing to the flagship’s reputation as a destination of excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards, assisting in events and supporting the broader team’s success.

  • Representing our values, embodying professionalism and pride in the brand always.

  • Delivering a compelling tour experience, guiding visitors through our facilities with enthusiasm and expertise, showcasing our processes and craftmanship that defines Bremont.

  • Educating with passion, sharing the Bremont story, including our history, core values and technical innovations, in a way that inspires and engages our guests.

  • Ensuring professionalism, creating a welcoming environment and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in every interaction.

  • Proactive mindset, always seeking out new opportunities, whether it’s following up past clients, and networking to extend connections, with an emphasis to build on the footfall to the Wing.

  • An Infectious passion for luxury and craftsmanship, who can inspire guests during any interactions at the Wing, with a genuine interest in fine watchmaking and luxury goods (no previous watch experience required)
  • Outstanding communication skills who can articulate complex concepts in a clear, engaging and personable manner.
  • Exceptional listening skills are equally important to understand and respond to unique clients needs.
  • Sales-Driven mindset, who has a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales target while maintaining a focus on building long term client relationships.
  • Confidence in identifying opportunities, handling objections and closing sales with professionalism and finesse.
  • Customer centric attitude, with a warm and welcoming demeanour, who has the ability to create meaningful and memorable experiences for boutique clients and tour attendees.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism, who is meticulous in maintaining the visual presentation of the boutique and ensuring every element of the customer and tour experience reflects our high standards.
  • Punctuality, reliability and a strong sense of accountability are essential in representing Bremont at all times.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices, excel and word.

  • Probation process 4 months standard
  • Notice period –2 months up to 2 years service increasing to 3 from 2yrs+
