A luxury watch company in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Flagship Retail & Experience Associate. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and showcasing the brand's rich heritage. Candidates should possess outstanding communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for luxury craftsmanship. The position offers 25 days' holiday, daily on-site lunches, and career growth opportunities.
The Flagship Boutique is often the first and most impactful point of contact for many customers. As such, the sales associate plays a critical role in shaping perceptions, fostering loyalty, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a lasting impression, who will strive to deliver exceptional customer experience, uphold the standards of our boutique but has a sales driven mindset. As a Flagship Retail & Experience Associate, there is an expectation to act as a brand ambassador, providing seamless and elevated customer experience that reflects our values, heritage and craftmanship of Bremont. Beyond sales, this role is pivotal in building long-term relationships with clients. There will be a requirement to host tours for a compelling experience through our facility, which is an opportunity to build stronger connections with our audience, turning visitors into lifelong advocates for Bremont.

Delivering a compelling tour experience, guiding visitors through our facilities with enthusiasm and expertise, showcasing our processes and craftmanship that defines Bremont.

Ensuring professionalism, creating a welcoming environment and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in every interaction.
