Job Title: Fire Compliance Manager Worcester (Interim| Temp to Perm)

Summary of the Fire Compliance Manager role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Fire Compliance Manager to lead fire safety and statutory compliance across עצמי multi-site estate. Acting as the Responsible Person, you will oversee fire risk assessments, drive compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and manage contractors to ensure high standards across all properties. This interim role offers an immediate start with a Temp to Perm pathway for the right candidate.

Fire Compliance Manager Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to):

  • Lead all fire compliance and fire safety management activities across a varied property portfolio commerce assistant.
  • Manage a programme of fire riskкры assessments (FRAs) and ensure prioritised completion of remedial actions.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure delivery against KPIs and compliance standards.
  • Prepare detailed fire safety reports, bids, and schedules of works for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide specialist advice, training and support on fire safety processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including RRFSO 2005, building regulations, and statutory requirements.
