Fire & Security Engineer - Manchester

£35,000 - £40,000 DOE | Full-Time | Company Van + Benefits

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys a good mix of installation, service, and maintenance. You'll be working across a variety of systems - from fire alarms to intruder alarms, CCTV and access control - delivering reliable solutions and maintaining safety for clients throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain a range of fire and security systems
  • Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs efficiently
  • Commission systems in line with industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service records
  • Deliver a professional, friendly service on-site and offer advice when needed
You’ll Need
  • Proven experience with fire and security systems (install, service, or both)
  • Sound knowledge of British Standards and industry best practices
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently or in a team
Desirable but not essential
  • Experience with Galaxy panels and other common systems
  • CSCS/ECS card
  • IPAF or PASMA qualifications
