Overview

Job Title: Fire Engineer

Industry: Fire Protection Services

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum

Location: London

Daniel Owen is looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Service Engineer to start with one of our clients based within London. This Fire Alarm Engineer will be employed on a permanent basis with a company van and fuel card provided.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing a range of fire alarm systems
  • Work safely and in accordance with current health and safety and Fire Alarm Regulations and standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge and competence in working with various fire alarm controls
  • Complete scheduled servicing of fire alarms
  • Complete full installations and upgrades of fire alarm systems
  • Complete all paperwork and job reports via the Oneserve application
  • Ensure all work conducted is in compliance with BS 7671 and BS 5839 Fire Alarm regulations
  • Attend and complete all company-provided training sessions
  • Participate in performance improvement programmes and regular appraisals
  • Liaise effectively with office staff and supervisors to resolve queries
  • Adhere to any KPIs set by the company
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably required by your line manager or company directors
