We're seeking a Product Manager in London (Hybrid) with occasional travel Newcastle to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Fintec client.

*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working 2 days per week in London with very occasional travel to client site in Newcastle.

SUMMARY

As a Product Manager in the Financial Services (Tech) team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions that transform the industry. Your expertise and strategic vision will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology-driven offerings, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and meet the evolving needs of our clients.

YOU WILL
  • Manage the development and implementation of innovative product strategies across multiple work streams, including Operations Model, Data, and Fintech
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new product development
  • Effectively communicate product vision, features, and benefits to both internal and external stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving adoption
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and the ability to identify emerging trends and technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly solutions
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
