Job Description

As the Financial Analyst, you will be supporting the businesses across the NORDICS states with all activities related to revenue and profit streams.

The expectations for this position are for the successful candidate to actively use quality data and analysis to support management decisions.

Additionally, as the Financial Analyst, you will support the financial planning and analysis process, including mid and short-term planning of P&L and Balance Sheet figures.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for various elements of financial reporting, maintaining good communication and relationships within the operations organization and finance teams.

You will have the ability to influence operational teams to address commercial, statutory, and control items. You will be the primary statutory responsible person for the Norwegian and Swedish businesses' financial and corporate records.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an accountancy capacity.
• Fluent in English, Swedish, or Norwegian.
• Excellent communication skills to interact at all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• An accountancy qualification is preferred but not essential.
