About the Job
As Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, with a particular focus on inventory. Working closely with the wider finance team and operational stakeholders, you will support the business in embedding process improvements and enhancing financial controls. This is a broad and visible role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance setting.

Duties will include:

• Leading the month-end close for designated areas, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of journals and reconciliations
• Managing balance sheet accounts and resolving outstanding items to improve audit readiness
• Reviewing contracts and preparing technical accounting documentation where necessary
• Supporting statutory and cost cap audit processes
• Assisting with ERP system development (Microsoft Dynamics), helping to increase automation and accuracy
• Contributing to finance transformation projects aimed at streamlining reporting and enhancing controls

About the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong grasp of accounting principles and a proactive approach to improving processes. Strong Excel skills are essential, and experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
