Overview

We have a new vacancy available for an experienced Finance Systems Manager to join the finance team of a professional local law firm.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Systems Manager will be responsible for managing, maintaining and enhancing the firm's financial systems, and playing a critical part in ensuring that finance systems operate effectively, support finance operations and improve user experience through system development, configuration and training.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain and enhance the firm's financial systems to support finance operations and improve user experience through system development, configuration and training.
  • Ensure finance systems operate effectively and provide reliable data and reporting to support decision making.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical expertise including system configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting; SQL; MS Excel; reporting tools (such as SSRS and Power BI); and a good understanding of the main functions of a finance team.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting the Aderant Practice Management system is a must.
  • Proactive, organised and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
