Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our small and friendly team at Taurus Healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the diary of the Finance Director, ensuring the time is effectively deployed and all necessary papers for meetings are prepared.
  • Provide high quality administrative and finance support to the Finance Director and finance team.
  • Manage daily financial tasks for the day‑to‑day running of the business.
  • Arrange meetings across the finance team, liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, partners, staff and agencies, and produce agendas and minutes.
  • Support the wider business with small aspects of business support.
Qualifications

We are looking for a well‑organised, proactive individual who is a good team player, can communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience of diary management, agenda planning and minute taking is essential, as is experience of working in a finance‑based role.

Hybrid Role

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days required in the office.
