Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the group’s financial reporting and consolidation.
• Oversee the month-end close and group consolidation process.
• Review management accounts and variance analysis.
• Prepare statutory accounts and lead the annual audit process.
• Manage tax compliance including VAT and CIT returns.
• Monitor cash flow and support FP&A with forecasting.
• Oversee debt management, compliance, and covenant reporting.
• Partner with teams to drive commercial insight and performance.
