Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Staffordshire

Pay rate: £55,000–£65,000 per annum (including car allowance)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time

About the Role:

- Own month-end management accounts and commentary for senior leaders

- Lead budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycles

- Partner with HR on salary reviews and bonus frameworks

- Advise leadership on financial strategy and risk management

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support treasury management

- Oversee financial statements, reporting, and compliance

- Support strategic decision-making and performance reviews

- Mentor and develop junior finance team members

- Maintain and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures

Who You Are:

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3–5 years PQE

- Technically strong and commercially minded

- Skilled in leading or mentoring within small teams

- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

- Strategic, solution-oriented, and confident in driving improvement

- Collaborative, credible, and passionate about business growth
