Job overview

As Regional Finance Manager you will join one of the division's operational finance teams. Reporting to a Finance Manager, you will support the Regional Managers of the Scotland region, acting as a strategic business partner to non finance Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting management accounts and cost control
  • Lead commercial reporting and respond to finance-related queries.
  • Play a key role in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Provide financial guidance to non-finance colleagues.
  • Offer financial challenge on operational decisions, particularly around staffing.

This is a varied and rewarding role in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, where you will use your strong analytical, systems, and communication skills to make a real impact.

About You

To succeed, you will have:

  • Essential - Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA).
  • Recent experience in a similar role with strong business partnering skills.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience from within not for profit environment - Highly Desirable
  • A proactive, motivated approach with a passion for successful project delivery.
  • Flexibility for travel and overnight stays to Scotland, usually once every couple of months.
