Join this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life’s journey

A vacancy has arisen for a Finance Manager in London, UK, on a permanent basis.

This role will be a key part of GPN’s UK FP&A and commercial reporting team with various responsibilities across management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision making.

  • Reporting to the Finance Director, this person will work in a dynamic, high performing team, striving to deliver best in class FP&A reporting with a focus on revenue and profit analytics for the UK & Nordics region.
  • Review and own output of key revenue and profit analytics at month‑end, forecast and budget, presenting relevant insights to senior management and leadership which will drive better decision making.
  • Lead process improvements to our revenue and profit analytics by working with stakeholders across the business to gather feedback, drive simplification and leverage automation to reduce time taken in preparation and improve accuracy of output.
  • Be the primary point of contact for the UK region, liaising with the team members during month end, forecast, budget and in an ad‑hoc nature to ensure achievement of deadlines and alignment of narrative for the P&L as a whole.
  • Prepare and present insightful analytics, narrative and slides to senior leadership during month end, forecast, budget and in response to ad‑hoc requests.
  • Assist in any ad‑hoc projects required to support business growth and consistently strive for process improvements and support delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Be the team lead for non‑routine analysis and reporting.
  • Be a true subject matter expert on P&L Reporting and the systems used including SAP, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), Tableau and Business Objects.
The Skills you will bring to the team
  • Degree in Finance, Business or similar as well as being a Qualified accountant (or Part Qualified) – ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a similar role working in a multinational environment. Preferable to have FP&A experience.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Advanced Excel and working knowledge of financial modelling.
  • Experience in working with SAP, Business Objects (reporting tool), SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and Tableau is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for the sports nutrition industry.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Self‑starter, highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Enthusiastic to gain experience in a fast moving and dynamic business.
  • Experience in managing rapidly changing workload and tight deadlines, in the context of high stakeholder expectations and tight time frames.
  • Very strong attention to detail, analytical, good judgement making and logical decision maker.
