Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Loughborough

Contract Type: Temporary, 4 month contract

Working Pattern: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Are you a skilled finance professional with a passion for data analysis? Our client is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team in Loughborough.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with all teams and functions to ensure accurate cost allocation, margin expectations, and contract compliance. You will play a crucial role in providing financial models and support during the annual price renewal process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with commercial team members to align the contract model files, ensuring compliance with customer contract rules.
  • Coordinate timelines and priorities with the commercial team to ensure timely pricing updates.
  • Work with commercial leaders to obtain approvals and implement new pricing strategies.
  • Regularly liaise with the sales team to update and model pricing for key customers, ensuring accuracy in cost application and adherence to contractual pricing rules.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification/experience in accountancy or a related commercially focused field.
  • Proficiency in analysing business opportunities for potential profitability.
  • Ability to follow financial modelling and analysis procedures.
  • Willingness to review and improve current practises.
  • Attention to detail, Highly analytical, Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others to achieve targets and goals.
