A leading specialist trade merchant is seeking a Finance Analyst in Warwick. This full-time, hybrid position involves leading financial reporting, managing commercial processes, and delivering financial insights. Candidates should be part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA or CIMA, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate flexibility and effective communication. Leading financial reporting across the Plumbing & Heating Division, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement through tools like Power BI and Summit.
Managing key commercial processes, including customer rebates, sales team account tracking, and cash till commission reporting.
Delivering financial insight and reporting for our Showroom operations, supporting performance visibility and decision‑making.
Championing continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives across the division.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8.00 and 5.00 pm, working 2 days a week from home.
Part‑qualified or fully qualified in ACCA or CIMA.
Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to interpret complex financial data.
Adaptable and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Effective communicator with solid IT proficiency, able to collaborate across teams and present information clearly.
