Job description
Overview

Lead and direct a team to produce our stills and motion shoots: including fashion, still life, and campaign content, on location and in studio, to ensure creative integrity and brand consistency. Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing and Buying teams to translate business strategy across fashion and interiors into compelling visual content across all major platforms. Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team including producers, editors, stylists, photographers, videographers, asset managers and freelance partners. Foster a collaborative and high-performing studio culture, providing guidance, structure, and growth opportunities. Oversee all production workflows, schedules, critical paths, and resourcing plans across campaign and BAU work. Lead the development of production bibles, toolkits, and agile pre-to-post production planning for delivering seasonal content. Own and manage shoot budgets, vendor contracts, and freelancer negotiations, ensuring cost control and quality. Maintain and grow a network of trusted industry professionals (photographers, filmmakers, stylists, HMU artists, post-production partners). Develop and implement best-in-class creative operations frameworks to ensure scalable, efficient delivery. Champion the use of tools (e.g., Asana, AI) and reporting dashboards to drive transparency and accountability. Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, E-commerce, Buying, and Digital teams to align content with seasonal and trading goals. Support intake, interrogation and prioritisation of briefs to ensure clarity and resource alignment against business requirements. Ensure content meets the highest standards of craft, brand tone, and platform relevance (web, app, social, email, in-store, print, DM, PR). Stay informed of cultural, visual, and digital trends to guide teams and evolve production approaches.

  • Strong eye for visual storytelling and contemporary image-making techniques that scale
